Valve Insertion (Insta-Valve)

Our valve insertion methods allow Municipal Pipe Services to insert a specialty gate valve directly into an existing water or waste water main - while the existing pipeline is under working pressure, without interruption of flow or service.

Our insta-valve consists of a stainless steel body with a brass stem insert, providing positive shut offs and control of piping fluid. This can be used in many different industries. Municipalities, contractors, power-plants or personal projects.

Tight quarters, utilities in the way, curb cuts or pavement removal, with this method problems are eliminated as work can be accomplished in a minimum area of excavation.
